Throughout this website, the terms “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to MG FILM HOUSE.

By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Travel and Accommodation

For the shoots, all travel and transportation arrangements must be managed by the client. The client is responsible for accommodating the team at the same location as the shoot or at a nearby property. Food must be provided at the venue for the entire duration of the shoot.

2. Changes to Shoot Plans

Any changes to the shoot plan, schedule, locations, or other aspects of the services requested by the client will only be binding once confirmed in writing or via email by MG Filmhouse. Such changes may result in additional charges, which the client agrees to pay.

3. Conduct Policy

MG Filmhouse values mutual respect and follows a strict zero-tolerance policy toward abusive behavior. If any member of our team is subjected to verbal or physical abuse by the client or their representatives, we reserve the right to terminate the contract immediately without refund or further delivery.

4. Usage Rights

MG Filmhouse reserves the right to use images and videos for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and portfolios. If the client wishes to restrict usage, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) may be signed for an additional fee of 20%.

5. Booking and Cancellations

Shoot dates are confirmed only after the booking amount is received and acknowledged.

If the shoot is canceled within 20 days of the scheduled date, the entire advance payment will be retained.
In case of postponement, rescheduling will depend on MG Filmhouse’s availability.

6. Confidentiality

All details regarding the shoot and deliverables are considered confidential and must not be shared with any third party without written consent from MG Filmhouse.
